I’m excited to be continually developing this service for my clients!  My goal with the Client Portal is to increase both sharing of resources and to put forward my value of total transparency in time tracking and shared documents for my clients!

From now on, whenever a company or an individual becomes a client of HolisticGeek.com, they get their very own Client Portal Page!  This page is both hidden and password protected.  You’ll receive your own portal page login and password – so that you can see shared documents, upload and share  files with me, track time used, and purchase additional time at the click of a button.

While the HolisticGeek.com Client Portal is always evolving, each client’s page will contain one or more of the following, depending on my client’s needs:

• An archive of all client agreements and quotes
• Links to your individualized Setup Documentation for hosting, email addresses, WordPress login information, etc.
• Your own maintenance tracking spreadsheet, showing time spent on tasks for projects, time added, referral bonus time, and your running total of time remaining
• Links to Paypal buttons to purchase additional maintenance time
• The current HolisticGeek.com eNewsletter and archives
• A form to send a maintenance request
• Links to other useful tips, resources, and client discounts with partner businesses
