I work on a retainer basis, with a minumum of 4 hours prepaid for web projects. I do not bill for design work after the fact. All time is tracked on your own Client Portal Page. You may use built up time for ongoing maintenance, additional design work, or other related internet marketing. Time blocks do not expire, and time is only deducted when it is used.

Working with your Hosting Provider
My preferred hosting provider is Tiger Technologies. If you host your web site’s content with them, or decide to transfer your hosting to Tiger Technologies, I do not bill for any time related to the managing or setup of your hosting.*
I will also gladly assist any of my clients, free of charge, in transferring their domain names and hosting to Tiger Technologies, because of their extraordinary customer service and ease of domain and hosting management.
*Hourly rates or pay-as-you-go time will apply to time spent with other hosting providers in assisting clients with web-related projects, should I have to interact with them online, via email, via chat, or over the phone.
