Invitations
An “invitation” is a call for others to meet who we are, to glimpse into our experience, to learn our stories, and to give an opportunity for those who look inside to join us. Different worlds are possible for our lives, stemming from our deepest intents. I offer these “invitations” to you as you ponder your own life, your own learning, and call you to create what is deeply alive in you.
Minneapolis Critical Mass Bicycle Ride
I captured the footage for this video with my digital camera while riding my bike in the Minneapolis Critical Mass ride. I used iMovie to edit and assemble video clips, add the soundtrack, and place text titles. The song, Coma Savant, by The Coma Savants is used with permission.

Photos taken in the summer of 2006, while exploring my life atop a bicycle. I used this photo booklet as a fundraising tool for transportation expenses to Portland, OR. Persons who pledged $50 or more received the printed version of this booklet, chronicling my travels through the “bicycle friendly cities” of Minneapolis, Madison, and Portland.

Tent State University - Quotes, Reflections, and Resources (PDF)
Tent State is a national student movement which began at Rutgers University in 2003. The organization strives to promote education as a human right, advocates for the elimination and forgiveness of all student loans, and demands equal access to education for all people. In addition, Tent State sees the inequality of educational opportunity as a threat to our very democracy. The actions of Tent State provide a space where students, faculty, staff, and community members can come together to practice democracy both as a means and as a goal in itself.

Blog: Holistic Geek’s Peaceride
I spent an entire summer almost completely car-free, explored trails in Minneapolis, rode in Critical Mass bike rides, and toured cities on bike. This is my collection of memories from this experience, and a place I post bicycle-related entries from time to time.

Photo Set: How to build a labyrinth
Out of stones found on the land, I helped my partner’s family to construct a labyrinth near Sandstone, MN. Enjoy this photo how-to essay!
