Website Maintenance and Editing

Let’s face it, most web sites require some kind of ongoing maintenance. Often times, the way we do business changes. WordPress installations and plug-ins need upgrading, photos and content becomes outdated, or new content needs to be integrated. Sometimes you may need simple assistance in learning new ways to integrate social media. Even clients who are the most seasoned at editing their WordPress sites may need assistance with more technical aspects of templates, style sheet editing, or finding and implementing the right solution for what they need..

If you have pre-paid time available, all tasks requiring 30 minutes or less received by us will be completed within 2 business days. Just email the situation, edit, change, or addition to us, and we’ll complete your maintenance task in the order it was received!

We’ll also keep your WordPress installation up-to-date with all of the latest security features. If you have prepaid time available in your client portal, we’ll update your WordPress installation on a quarterly basis.

On a case-by-case basis, we also sometimes take on clients with existing websites (WordPress or static HTML sites) who only need occasional updates and maintenance.

All web maintenance contracts purchase pre-paid time blocks in advance which are tracked for you.  All time blocks carry a 1-year expiry term.  Time is deducted for tasks from prepaid time within the 1-year period.  We do not issue refunds for unused time, so please plan your time blocks carefully.  Many use the base 4-hour block as a pay-as-you-go approach.
